School Rules & Regulations

Admission

  1. Admission to Lower Kindergarten (L.K.G.) is open to children aged 3 years 6 months and above. Admission is based on an interaction/interview process.
    Required documents include:
    • Birth Certificate (mandatory)
    • Aadhaar Card (if available)
  2. For admission to U.K.G. and higher classes, students are required to appear for an Entrance Examination.
    The test will cover basic subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Science.
  3. Parents/guardians must complete and submit the Admission Form to the school office before the examination. The schedule for the test and interaction will be communicated by the school.
  4. For final admission, the following are mandatory:
    • Correctly filled Admission Form
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card
    • School Leaving Certificate (for U.K.G. and above)
  5. Students who qualify for admission must complete all formalities and deposit the required fees within the given time, as seats are limited.

Promotion

  1. The academic year includes four main examinations conducted in May, September, December, and March.
  2. Promotion to the next class will be based on overall performance, including:
    • Periodic tests
    • Class assessments
    • Final examination
  3. In case of absence due to illness or any valid reason, parents must submit a written application and obtain prior permission from the Principal. Failure to do so may affect promotion.

Discipline & Expulsion

  1. Students are expected to maintain proper discipline, behavior, and respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
  2. The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including expulsion, in the following cases:
    • Continuous poor academic performance
    • Misconduct or violation of school rules
    • Negative or harmful influence on other students
    • Disrespect towards school staff or authorities
  3. Expulsion may be carried out with one month’s prior notice or by payment of one month’s fee in lieu of notice.
  4. Students applying for a Transfer Certificate (TC) must clear all pending dues; otherwise, the certificate will not be issued.
  5. Students who fail to meet academic requirements or remain absent for long periods without valid reasons may have their names removed from the school register.
  6. All decisions regarding discipline, punishment, or pardon rest solely with the Principal, and the decision will be final.
